The hotel is nice, and has great wi-fi, a handy restaurant, and ski equipment hire. The staff even shared taxi tips during my first stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the gondola and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The room lacked air conditioning, uncomfortable during warmer days. The breakfast provided was a satisfying start to the day, but I would have preferred more variety.

It has a perfect location, walking distance from the gondolas plus you have ski/snowboard rentals downstairs and they'll give you 40% discount if you are staying with them. Really good terrace and bar for an apres-ski beer.
If they only changed their jacuzzi to be an open air one, would be perfect! They are just in front of Gore Creek.

I received good service.
Greatly enjoyed the place, it was quirky and original and worked for me. The room was well-maintained and good-sized and the bathroom was big size. The hotel staff was attentive and active. It was in the heart of Vail, and short walk from Vail Ski Resort. The restaurant was popular for lunch and for every budget.

The heated bathroom floor was great, but the old mattress made for an uncomfortable night.

The kids loved the authentic Austrian feel of this cozy inn. We enjoyed dining in the village, where German food was a hit for dinner, especially with the kids.
In my wife's opinion, a hot breakfast option would have been nice for our chilly mornings with the baby.

The room was comfy, and I loved the hearty breakfast that fueled my day. I took full advantage of the sauna and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation after exploring. The only downside was the room could use some updating, but it didn't really take away from my overall experience 😊

The culinary scene in Vail is lit, especially with spots like Up the Creek Bar & Grill and Elway's just a hop away. Plus, the hotel restaurant serves some bangin' dishes! The location is prime, easy access to the slopes.
Definitely a heatwave situation in the summer. No AC and our room seemed like a sauna! It was a struggle trying to keep cool even with fans. But the charm of Vail still shines through!
